Partners Patient Gateway is a convenient, efficient, and secure way to manage your health and communicate with your health care provider. If you are a new user to Partners Patient Gateway (18 years and older), visit https://www.patientgateway.org and click "Enroll now" to begin the enrollment process. If you want to enroll a child or teenager in Partners Patient Gateway, please contact your practice.

How can I report a possible incident related to patient health information privacy?

You may wish to contact the Partners Compliance Office if you suspect a privacy incident. There is no retaliation for reporting. For anonymous concerns, contact Partners Compliance HelpLine at 1-800-856-1983 or visit www.partners.org/complianceline.

If you are suspect a privacy incident related to a technical issue from your electronic medical record (Partners Patient Gateway), you may also wish to contact the Patient Gateway team by filling out the Partners Patient Gateway form.

How can I report feedback on the Partners Shuttle Bus Service?

I am a Partners employee or contractor. How can I get help with a computer problem or a problem with accessing my Partners e-mail account?

If you are connected to the Partners network, please go to the IS Service Desk Intranet page or call 617-726-5085. Computer and email related problems cannot be addressed by sending an email through this website, so please contact the IS Service Desk directly.

I am a Partners employee and have questions about benefits, such as retirement, Flex Spending accounts, and other insurance questions. Where can I get more information?

If you are a Partners employee, please visit the Ask MyHR employee portal. If you are not connected to the Partners network, you will need to go through two-facto authentication to access the portal.
